First Course: Biography
My parents raised me to believe that no career is worth having unless I have a passion for what I'm doing.
With that said, I have always considered myself a travel-holic. I love going to places off the "Top 10 Things to See List" as well as build relationships with interesting people. Although the Cliffs of Moher, Roman Coliseum, Eiffel Tower, and Pantheon are life-changing places to see; I have often found that my most memorable experiences and conversations occurred over food.
This is one reason I believe hospitality public relations is the career for me.
One of my favorite things to do in a new town is go to that hole-in-the-wall place and leave three hours later after tasting a little bit of everything. I find that I often consider dining an event versus just a meal.
I'd love to follow my parents advice and have the opportunity to work with a company filled with people that have the same passion I do.
